A quick short blog tonight.. I was reminded today of the importance of the need to pause and take care of self. Whether it means waking up 45 minutes earlier to focus on writing, meditation or reading those books you’ve got stacked up but keep getting distracted or taking time to get that massage your back health can benefit from, taking time to work on yourself can improve your overall physical and mental health.
